Response time expectations

We operate from Cape Town on South African Standard Time (SAST, UTC+2). Our support hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00 SAST, excluding South African public holidays. We read every email that arrives and reply from a real human inbox, not a ticket robot.

Subscription changes, refunds under the refund policy, and invoice requests are handled the same business day they arrive.

Outages and service issues

Proactive updates

If booking traffic is affected, the founder pages himself. Status updates go out by email to Pro subscribers while the incident is open.

Weekend and public holiday emails are picked up first thing the next business morning. Messages sent after 17:00 SAST on a Friday are typically answered before 10:00 SAST on Monday.
