The Free plan costs R0 forever and includes one service, one team member, thirty bookings per month, a fully branded booking page, email notifications, and client management - enough to run a solo operation on a light caseload without paying a cent. The Pro plan is a flat R79 per month, billed monthly with no lock-in, and unlocks unlimited services and bookings, up to five team members, Google Calendar sync, deposit and full-payment collection via Yoco, Paystack, or PayFast, automated WhatsApp reminders, up to three configurable email reminders, multiple availability slots per day, removal of Booklink branding, and priority support.
Booklink charges zero commission on any booking on either plan. The only transaction fees you pay are the standard processing fees charged by your chosen payment gateway, billed by that gateway rather than by Booklink. Compared to international marketplaces that charge between R400 and R800 per month for equivalent functionality, or marketplace platforms that skim a per-booking commission, R79 is calibrated to a solo stylist or one-room studio rather than an enterprise.
