Your bookings, at a glance

The Booklink dashboard is the single place where a South African service provider runs their day. The Today page shows the booking value for this week and this month, what is up next, and the bookings that need attention such as pending confirmations and bookings awaiting payment. The bookings list covers the next 8 weeks by default, or this month, the last 30 days, the last 3 months or a custom range, and can show active, cancelled or all bookings. The calendar has day, week and month views, with a column per team member on the day view, and multi-day bookings shown across every day they cover. Each booking shows the client, the service, the payments made and the balance due, and a message history that shows which emails and WhatsApp messages were sent, delivered or read. Staff can add bookings themselves, including several services in one booking and a custom price, and on Pro a coupon code or a payment link for the client to pay online. A Find anything search jumps to offerings, clients, recent bookings and settings. Team members can have their own logins with permissions set by the owner. The dashboard is a responsive web app that works in a phone's browser.
